I'm Dr. Eboni L!
I'm the founder of the Un-Becoming Movement where I equip individuals like you to re-discover what they were born to say and do so that they show up in the world purposefully, powerfully, and productively.
I'm from Detroit, though now I live in Alabama with my husband, our two sons, and our dog. I have always been entrepreneurial - starting with a lemonade stand when I was 6 years old - and have been in the speaking, training, and personal development space since 2010.
But it was a literal word from the Lord that led me to this lifestyle of process that is un-becoming and since 2020, Un-Becoming has been my mission, my message, and my mantle.
Why I created this:
I am anointed to facilitate God encounters so I felt led to create an experience where I taught the un-becoming process - the same one that gave me my purpose back. I wanted to help others who want to be authentic, get closer to God, and live on purpose. And I wanted to help them achieve that in a way that was engaging, effective, and inviting but without the confusion, fear, and overwhelm that often tries to creep in.
I also firmly believe that personal and supernatural experiences with God shouldn't be a hope or a dream; they should be an expectation! And I knew I wanted to help that expectation become a reality for way more people!

Un-Becoming Mentoring
Phase 1: INTERRUPTION
In Phase 1, you'll be introduced to the lifestyle of process that is Un-Becoming. The foundational content in this phase will help you to identify your personal theology and how it has impacted your life thus far. You'll learn how to have conversations with God that are both intimate and effective.
Phase 1 will help you to identify, in partnership with God, the lies you may be believing and the truth you are invited to receive instead.
Phase 2: REVELATION
Did you know that you could have an individual relationship with each Member of the Trinity? In Phase 2, you'll discover what it means to engage heaven fully and practically as we show you how to accept the spiritual invitations that lead to natural transformation. You will be introduced to what it takes to move from becoming to BEing.
The topics covered in this phase include:
- "Who is God?"
- "Jesus: More Than Savior"
- "Holy Ghost(buster)"
(Hint: If you struggle in your relationship with God in any way, this phase is especially for you!)
Phase 3: CONSECRATION
Consecration is not an event, it is a lifestyle, and Phase 3 introduces you to that reality. Here, you'll learn how to build on the breakthrough and the revelation you've received from God in the previous two phases. It is in this phase that you have the conversations with the Trinity that reveal who God has called you to BE!
The purpose rediscovery process is not linear and the Un-Becoming lifestyle process gives you a road map to help you!

Phase 4: 30-DAY BOOT CAMP
After the work of the previous 3 phases, you are now ready to not only articulate your purpose and who God has called you to BE, you're also ready to LIVE IT! So, for 30 days, the Un-Becoming Facilitation Team will help you to integrate who you BE into your every day life. Once your purpose is uncorked, confusion and doubt attempt to barge their way in and there will be temptations to return to old ways of doing things.
The 30-Day Boot camp is designed to be an immersive identity experience. Through a series of activations both spiritual and natural, we'll equip you to engage life so that living in purpose remains practical and powerful.
